After last update the pro mode of my camera became useless as you can see on attached video. All other camera features are working except pro mode. Any help or opinion will be apreciated.

I send a mail also to Samsung but didnt do anything just told me, to call, another number, which is not international just local.

by formatting phone you mean bringing phone to it's factory settings? so everything will be cancelled.

yes, you should back up and use smart switch to transfer your data to another device. So you can get it back. Honestly, I haven't tried it yet.

I will not try too it is long procedure I have lots of installed apps and is not sure if after formatting the problem will be solved or not. Anyway all camera functions are working except pro mode.

i have the same prolem before. you just need to clear the cache and data of your camera app.
