Any idea when will Galaxy Note 9 receive Android 10 update in Afghanistan?

You are right. According to Samsung official list, the update should have been sent in January, but it didn't, not even in February, and it's March, the update hasn't arrived yet.

iPhones receive the updates immediately, all iPhones. That's a major drawback of Samsung Galaxy.

I did. I have been waiting for the update since 3 months, because it was expected in January.
