Pattern lock not working

I am using A15 since June when I bought. But today on 24 Jan 2025 the pattern lock is not opening my phone. I am 100% sure that I am using the right lock pattern. But it always says it is no .correct. I have used this lock pattern for over 6 months on this phone and on my old phone. There is no way I can forget that. It is just not working. The only way I am unable to unlock my phone is through fingerprint. I fear if gets restarted pr turned off I will have to enter the lock. Has someone encountered problem like this and how did you solve it?
