One UI 4.0 had a vibration bug that affected many users who got it, a fix was found by a Reddit user that fixed almost everyone who are experiencing that vibration bug. But last night after I got the January Security update the vibration bugged returned and the fix we use no longer works.
So what's up Samsung y'all gonna fix this or ignore this bug? Your customer support can't provide a solution but a site visit to have the vibration motor checked, but as one user reported he did the site visit and the technician said there's no problem with the vibration motor. This bug won't go away on its own, if y'all keep ignoring it this would just force users to seek other brands and lose the some of your fans.
