PLEASE HELP ME

Hello~~

I hope someone can actually help me on this. So my phone's screen broke today I have the first version of the samsung flip z (the purple one) and I haven't even had it for a year yet but its screen just cracked in the middle (where you fold it) today and I'm so upset because it's expensive and I handle it pretty well but not it's already damaged :((

Ive talked to the live chat service and all they can tell me is that I have to bring it to a service center and there is no reassurance if theyll replace it and they said they could potential charge me for repairs (I don't think I have the money for that right now).

All I'm really asking is if there is someone who's had this experience of having the screen break and have samsung replace/repair it free of charge. I really can't spend anymore money on this phone.

So long as you are under warraty you have a chance of replacement for free.
