Good day everyone, how can I have an update for One Ui core? The A14 5G I bought was still on it's 5.0.

Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to find out how to update your beloved Samsung Galaxy A14 5G to the latest software version, One UI 5.1.

You may follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

If it's still not yet available, you may check from time to time and be on the lookout for the notification bell icon on your Samsung members app.
