How can we permanently 'TURN ON' forced dark mode on developers option? Whenever I restart my phone, FORCED DARK MODE turns 'OFF'. Any idea...

It means when you restart your phone, It turn off permanently. Dark Mode may depending on Third Party app what you install.

it's still on the trial stage. it's like a safety feature to turn it off when you restart the device to avoid causing long term problem.

You can't force to turn it on permanently since the Developer Mode is on beta or testing. Just be careful on using it.
