Bugs & Issues

Question

So i have been using my A57 5G and the were a lot of problems like bugs and issues that i encounter while using it for atlest a month now. First is the messenger it always cut all the sound when you open other heavy apps and you need to end the call and call again to fix it. Second is the Game app it will always crash on the game that are heavy like nte or wuwa. I know it's a midrange phone and more specifically this phone target on long-term use but the optimization in apps and ui are sometimes lacking. Last is the overall use most of the time the fingerprint does not work and the good luck app is a 50/50 for me.
