I know this is a very simple thing, but have u tried restarting your phone?

I had the same issue with my Note 10+ and had to replaced the pen. I think malfunction of the battery(capacitor) in s pen is the case. So won't be able to power up the pen to connect with phone. But touch is working fine isn't it?. Probably have to replace.
