If you got the march update after charging the CSC from KSA to SLK. Then Samsung should release it before May. Keep waiting these 5 to 6 days Bro. Then Samsung should release the update for every S24 user. Still Samsung haven't finished rolling out the update for all the S24 users.

But changing CSC to KSA is relatively easy and safe than manually flash the firmware.
Once you updated with KSA you can revert back to SLK....
Suggestions
Change back to KSA
Update the phone. You will need to first go with the March update then after that the one ui 7 will appear. Update all
Revert back to SLK
