For me, after the above method, the battery works fine. And it's actually good

There are no any major issues in the S24 Ultra after updating to the One Ui 7. But many users have reported battery draining issues in their S24 Ultra. And it is common because it is an huge update. Samsung will fix ot with the next security patch they release. Some of the countries have already got the update after the One Ui 7 for the S24 Ultra. So don't worry until Samsunb releases an update keep your power saving settings on. And restart your device 1 or 2 times. That's enough.
