Hi... at the moment Samsung testing the beta version for 2020 flagship devices. Probably will get by the end of the year. Wait for the Samsung official schedule for Android 13. 😊
Samsung had already launched the Android 13 beta for Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices in selected regions. In a bit of a surprise, Samsung has also released Android 13 beta to the Galaxy A52 in India.
Most probably your Galaxy S20 Ultra will receive the Android 13 update by the end of this year.
You might want to wait patiently for that to show up on your phone officially.
