In my s24 ultra call recording option is unavailable. So to make it available how to change the phone's region?

Heeeeyyy!!I totally understand what you are saying, the call record feature's availability depends on the phone's region as well as your phone's CSC.You can simply change your phone's CSC if you have a PC.
