I haven't got the August update to my s21 ultra in Sri Lanka. Any reason for it?

I think the updates are slightly slower due to the pandemic plus the fact that SL is not one of the major countries in the world. I'm sure it should come one of these days, if not probably next month

Do you know? CSC change not allow to after getting android 11, you need the change CSC, you need downgrade your device to android 10, it's only way to change csc without root method.
Also, you say that she has said that her problem has been solved but she mentioned that the problem is not solved yet.
Be humble, and do not show that you are the only one who knows everything

Um.. I wasn't angry? May be you read my message wrong? And I don't think you are reading replies on this post properly.

She already said her issue is now resolved.
She and I were cool, so I really have no idea what your problem is!?

And no, unless the device is brand new like an S21, you still can change the CSC on Android 11. I changed my S10e CSC to SLK just last month (I had CSC as TPA)
I got no issues with changing that. There is no need of root.

And I did mention this in my comment thread with her as well.

Perhaps you should read entire conversations before leaping into conclusions.

Okay dear, but im sure csc change not allow android 11, my device is Galaxy s20 5g, and im try to changing csc with android 11,but no luck, after downgrade 11 to 10, change csc successfully

What's the CSC? Is it not SLK?

My S20 also got the August update. My old S10 didn't. Still it's in July update.

You can check the CSC via Settings > Software Information > Service provider software version.

Yes, I guess waiting is better... plus there is no actual harm keeping the same CSC.
