My device Note 10 Lite overheats while simple browsing. Battery life is very frustrating. Drains so rapidly. Disappointed about choosing this device.

I'm using wifi most of the time. Still this heats up rapidly & battery drains fast.

Doesn't matter WiFi. At the same time, you have a connection with the low signal condition it may cause to battery drain. Also, it may happen because of background apps and their usage. Ex: Location service.

If all things are normal it will be a software issue. If it is a software issue Samsung will correct from updates.

But better to check from the nearest service centre.

it because exynos 9810 chip.it is a trash.same problem with my note 9

check the device from a authorized person. heating may occur due to weak signals, short circuit or may be due to background apps running or virus infected to run in background....clear your files or reset the phone and see..if not meet a authorized person to check... 👌
