My M51's Camera Quality is so poor after updating new software Android 12 One Ui 4.1 comparing to previous version. Both Daytime and Night time photoes even with Night-Mode. The Factory version of Camera-Quality is so much better then new updates..

Is there any methods do solve this issue? Is there any option to get the factory-version camera or reinstall the new update and try? (without hard reset)

Hi... try these things and see if any changes.
1. Update all the system apps.
2. Clear the cache and data of the camera app. (Settings > apps >camera > Storage > clear data and clear cache) and reset camera settings.
3. Send an error report to Samsung (Go to the support tab in this app > Error report)
If any serious issues in there, Hopeful Samsung will fix them in an upcoming update.

I think it's a bug hopefully it will be fixed by Samsung just in case update your device
