Hi Samsung Support Team,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy M14 4G. Recently, I have been facing an issue with the charging information display.
When the screen is off and I plug in the charger, the screen lights up but it only shows a completely black screen without any text, percentage, or charging icon/animation, and then goes off.
I have already tried turning on "Show charging information" in Display settings and also tried resetting all settings, but the issue still persists. It seems like a software bug after a recent update. Please look into this and fix it in the next software update.
