Does the touch not work at all. Or does it work but is lagging when you press.
Do these steps and see whether the problem will get fixed.

Restart your phone and check whether it's working.
Sometimes, it could happen due to storage full in your device and will get lag in display. Because it's a low range phone.
Clear your RAM from the device care and see whether the touch is improving.
Check whether it's a problem with a screen protector. Do these steps and see. It should get improved.
