Is the galaxy A25 eligible for oneUI beta program or is it only the A5x and A3x series?

The A5x and A3x series are typically prioritized for the One UI Beta program in the A-series. The A25 is often included in the broader stable release and has been mentioned in beta testing discussions, but you might need to wait a little longer compared to the A5x and A3x to see it appear in the official beta program in your region.

To check for the official Beta Program availability for your device and region, you would typically need to look in the Samsung Members app.

No - the Galaxy A25 is not eligible for the One UI beta program. Samsung typically limits the official One UI beta to higher-tier models like the A5x and A3x series, so entry-level/mid-range phones like the A25 don’t get an official beta release.
