      1. Eye comfort shield on කිරීම
      2. Digital wellbeing and parental control වෙත ගොස් screen time goal එකක් ඇතුළත් කර ගැනීම හා app timers භාවිතය
      3. Modes and routines වෙත ගොස් sleep mode on කර ගැනීම(මේ ක්‍රමයෙන් display එක අළු පාටට හැරෙනවා/grey scale)
      °මේ comment එක ඔයාට වැදගත් වුණා නම් comment එකේ තියන 3 dots click කරලා Accept solution click කරන්න 👍😀Ziena-20-20-20-Blog_1140x_1000049478_1689225730.jpgScreenshot_20230713_105256_Samsung Members_1000049479_1689225841.pngScreenshot_20230713_105333_Settings_1000049481_1689225830.png

Blue light filter / eye comfort shield එක night time ඒකෙ use කරලා, අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම better sleep එකක් ගන්න puluwan, eye fatigue අඩු කරන්න පුළුවන්.

      Thank you 😊

Looking at a smartphone screen for a long time can strain your eyes. This is true for LCD displays commonly used in smartphones. It's especially important to be cautious at night because the blue light from the screen can make it harder to fall asleep.

Some smartphones have features to reduce the amount of blue light emitted. It's a good idea to take breaks and follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look away from the screen at something far away for 20 seconds. This helps reduce eye strain. Remember to use your smartphone responsibly to protect your eyes.
