How to unlock the screen pattern

Method 1: Reset pattern from Settings

1. Unlock your phone using your fingerprint.

2. Go to Settings → Lock screen.

3. Tap Screen lock type.

4. It will ask for your current pattern - tap "Use biometrics" (you'll see this option below).

5. Now use your fingerprint to continue.

6. Choose a new screen lock type (Pattern / PIN / Password).

7. Set your new pattern.

Method 2: If fingerprint doesn't allow change (backup method)

If it asks for the old pattern and doesn't give the fingerprint option:

1. Go to a computer or another phone.

2. Visit Find My Mobile by Samsung.

3. Log in with the same Samsung account linked to your A32.

4. Select your device (Galaxy A32).

5. Click Unlock → follow the on-screen instructions.

6. It will remove your pattern lock remotely.
