Try these steps
(01)
1. Open settings
2. Tap on device care
3. Tap on battery saving mood
4. Turn off limit apps and home screen
(02)
1. Back once and open background usage limit
2. Tap on never sleep category
3. Tap on plus mark and select apps you don't need to refresh when you close the app
(03)
1. Just back once and tap on more battery settings
2. Turn off adaptive battery
(04)
1. Select individual app(apps you don't need to refresh)
2. Tap and hold on the app icon
3. Tap on (i)
4. Select mobile data and open it
5. Turn on only allow background data usage
