I am using a Samsung Galaxy A36, and I have noticed that the phone gets unusually warm even during normal use, such as browsing the internet, using social media, or making phone calls. The heating occurs without running heavy applications or games. Please investigate this issue and provide a solution or a software update if necessary.

Thank you.

We recommend the following steps to address the reported issue.

First, navigate to the device settings and access the "Device Care" section. Initiate the device care scan and ensure its successful completion. Subsequently, monitor the device for any signs of overheating.

Should the device continue to exhibit elevated temperatures, please perform a comprehensive diagnostic scan. This will help identify any potential hardware malfunctions.

If the overheating persists, we advise backing up only essential data, specifically contacts and messages. Please refrain from backing up settings or applications. Following the data backup, perform a factory reset of the device and observe if the issue is resolved.

In the event that the problem remains, it may indicate a processor-related issue on the motherboard. In such cases, we recommend contacting Samsung Care if the device is under warranty. Alternatively, if the warranty has expired, please consult a qualified technician.

If this guidance proves helpful, kindly mark this post as a solution by clicking the three dots above. Thank you.
