​I am encountering a significant issue with the camera on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Prior to the latest software update (which was released about a week ago), the camera performed flawlessly. However, after the update, a severe post-processing issue has emerged.

​Whenever I capture a photo—whether using the native Camera app or the Expert RAW app, and regardless of the format (JPEG or RAW)—the system automatically and aggressively alters the image. It distorts the colors, shadows, resolution, and contrast, resulting in a very unnatural and poor-quality output.

​This distortion is particularly noticeable when zooming, starting from 2x and worsening as the magnification increases. The issue is significantly more pronounced in the 200MP mode compared to the 12MP mode. Surprisingly, even the Expert RAW application suffers from this destructive processing. The only workaround I have found is using third-party camera apps downloaded from the Play Store, which capture images without this forced processing.

​Is this a known bug introduced by the recent update? Is there a temporary solution or a specific setting I can adjust, or do I have to wait for an upcoming OTA update to fix this issue?

​أواجه مشكلة كبيرة في كاميرا هاتف Galaxy S25 Ultra الخاص بي. حتى فترة قريبة، وتحديداً قبل التحديث الأخير الذي صدر قبل نحو أسبوع، كانت الكاميرا تعمل بشكل ممتاز ودون أي مشاكل. ولكن بعد التحديث، ظهرت مشكلة في المعالجة التلقائية للصور (Post-Processing).

​عند التقاط أي صورة، سواء عبر تطبيق الكاميرا الأساسي أو تطبيق Expert RAW، وبغض النظر عن صيغة الصورة (JPEG أو RAW)، يقوم النظام بتعديل الصورة تلقائياً وبشكل مفرط. حيث يتم التلاعب بالألوان، والظلال، والدقة (Resolution)، والتباين (Contrast)، مما يؤدي إلى تشويه الصورة وجعلها تبدو سيئة للغاية وغير طبيعية.

​تزداد هذه المشكلة سوءاً بشكل ملحوظ عند استخدام التقريب (Zoom)، حيث تبدأ التشوهات من تقريب 2x وتزداد سوءاً كلما زادت نسبة التقريب. وتكون المشكلة أكثر وضوحاً وكارثية في وضع الـ 200 ميجابكسل مقارنة بوضع الـ 12 ميجابكسل. والمثير للاهتمام أن تطبيق Expert RAW أيضاً يعاني من هذا التعديل التلقائي السيئ، والتطبيق الوحيد الذي لا يواجه هذه المشكلة هو تطبيقات الكاميرا الخارجية (Third-party apps) التي قمت بتحميلها من متجر Play Store.
