Dear Samsung,

Why are users in the Middle East still excluded from the beta programs? Many of us are loyal Samsung customers who buy your flagship devices every year and actively support the Samsung ecosystem. Countries like Lebanon and others in the region have passionate users who are just as capable of testing software and providing valuable feedback.

Samsung is a global company, and its community is global too. The beta program should not be limited to only a few countries while loyal users in the Middle East are left out.

We are asking Samsung to treat all regions fairly and give Middle Eastern users the chance to participate in beta programs as well.

To everyone in Samsung Members from the Middle East: please speak up and share your feedback about this. The more voices Samsung hears, the more likely they are to include our region in future beta programs.

Loyal Samsung users from the Middle East deserve the same opportunity.

According to them they see individual countries where the market is booming plus gives them the opportunity to also try out apps that don't work in the Middle East and Africa which is why some apps like Samsung TV Plus and Samsung Wallet doesn't work here. Yes we buy Samsung products but the ratio of flagships to midrange and low tier Samsung phones is a huge gap

This is how they think. Even here in the Middle East things are split. The Levant don't get certain software options like those in the Gulf countries. Even phone accessories are limited sometimes. For years people in the Middle East asked for things like this but no answer. Apple i think tests their beta programs globally if i'm not mistaken

I understand your point, and honestly that’s exactly why many of us are frustrated. If even within the Middle East features and services are split between regions, it shows that loyal users here are often overlooked. Many of us still buy Samsung flagship devices and support the brand every year, so it would be great to see Samsung treat this region more equally.

I’ve been a Samsung user for a long time and I really like the devices, but things like this make it disappointing. Companies like Apple seem to make their beta programs more widely available, which makes users feel included. I hope Samsung considers expanding access in the future, otherwise some of us might start thinking about going back to apple

Last year in the summer i unexpectedly got Samsung News. It was probably a bug cos on Now Brief it was working as well as the widget. But opening the app did not work after about a month i got an update and it switched it back to Samsung Free. Simple apps like this don't work without downloading the APK and using VPN
