Subject: Request to Revive the Samsung Level U Series – A New Level U2

Dear Samsung Team,

I am writing to express my sincere wish for Samsung to bring back the Samsung Level U series and develop a new generation of the Samsung Level U2 wireless neckband earphones.

The Level U2 has been one of my favorite earphones because of its excellent sound quality, comfortable neckband design, reliable battery life, and convenient everyday use. It is disappointing that this model has become so difficult to find as a new, original product.

I believe there are still many customers who prefer neckband earphones over true wireless earbuds. Neckband headphones offer comfort, practicality, and a reliable listening experience that many users do not want to give up.

I kindly ask Samsung to consider:

• Reviving the Samsung Level U series.
• Releasing a new and improved version of the Level U2.
• Maintaining the sound quality and comfort that made the original model special.
• Improving microphone clarity and battery life while keeping the price affordable.
• Making the new model available worldwide, including Jordan.

Please bring back the Samsung Level U series! There are customers like me who would gladly purchase a new, original Samsung neckband if it were available.

Thank you for listening to your customers and considering this request. I hope Samsung will bring this beloved series back.

Best regards,
A Samsung customer from Jordan
