Battery optimization

After one ui 9 update samsung optimized battery quite well. Now a simple question arise when Samsung can do this then why they do not increase their battery mah. Considering uses pattern in the present day 5000 is not sufficient in any day. On top of that there is only 45 watt charger. The old ones suffering even more with their 25 watt charger. Does Samsung not want to understand these things or does it understand and keep quiet?
