Bengali's biggest festival Durga Puja has come. So being a bengali I am so much disappointed for my midrane Samsung mobile. For a long time samsung was well known for his camera, midrange or flagship whatever it is. But today I realize those day has gone. Other brand like vivo moto are capturing better picture compare to Samsung. Now I am using A35 which you can say proper midrange. I turned off my eye comfort shield to feel some glossy finish. But compare to other brand it is so dull. And it is expected because THE SAME SUPER AMOLED DISPLAY. No 1.5k is there. Besides display camera quality is also so poor. Yellowish tone is there, it is far from natural colour. 2x zoom quality is poorer. When I capturing photo through video then picture quality is better.
I am using samsung from last 12-13 years. Now I think its time to shift.
Sequrity, after service is good but it is not everything. Day to day life is also important
Battery is also poor. Every samsung users complain about the battery. When you slim the phone then put extra mah but no. You are still stick on 5000 with A series.
Actually they have no intention to improve. Who are flagship users they can't realize the sadness of a mid range users. Everyone can afford flagship. Who are starting to use Samsung, they can't realize the prolems but the older can understand the actual problems.
Many more things is there to complain about. But there is no one to listen that.
After those compain member admin will come with the same reply we are contineously improving our product. Actually you are doing nothing atleast for midrange. AI? I think other brand giving smething extra regarding AI. I don't know when samsung will realize those problems.
Every day people are complaing for something in the community section. If brand do not listen to them then what is the meaning to keep the community section. Every brand trying to improve but samsung is sitting with their brand value.
Nothing to say, really feded up. Hope for the best
I ignore the price hike era in this writing. I just compare in a normal way
