My doa not pic up after picup samsung send me tab price cuopan for purchase new tablet,why samsung this tipe create policy,beacous not tab s6 lite stock in my city surat,not stock in samsung online shop so how can I purchase tab s6 lite tablet by cuopan,beacous I already pay 27999 on 2 Augast but not in my hand product today 15 Augast samsung received payment 2 Augast todays complete 15 days but I can't use product,i pay for that,how fare its cheating from samsung and its true,samsung ko muje kahi se bhi ye product arange kar ke dena chahi jiska maine payment kiya hai

      samsung ne solution diya hai k vo product picup karne ke bad muje token dega same price ka vo token ko muje samsung retail store ya samsung online shope pe use karna hai jabki maine jis product galaxy tab s6 lite ke liye payment kiya tha or muje bheja gaya itne dino muje service center pe dhakke khilaye or ab token dengy but samsung galaxy tab s6 lite stock mai hi nahi hai to mai kaha se purchase karunga yato muje stock mai ane ka intazar karna pade ga jo chiz maine payment karke li hai vahi product itne dino tak use mai na a sake to kya kare,

      its really sad, i understand ur situation, but i mean to say that put some pressure on them contact through call/email/ chat.

      I already do all but now only samsung say coupon provid me and I purchase any samsung product in only samsung shops and now tab s6 lite not in stock so I wait for this but its not fare why samsung send me damaged product ?after send me why samsung not replaced same product instantly?? todays 13 days but my product in not my hand but samsung have my 27999 rupees so how fare
