In my experience with samsung device with any network , when I have wifi calling enabled , I receive very poor quality of voice from other person even with 4 bar of network and with 1 bar of network but when I disable it the voice quality much more good with 1 or 2 bar of network
Note have good wifi near my sofa where I usually use it so don't give reason of wifi device or range issue...
