Feature Request: Support Multiple UPI Profiles with Different Mobile Numbers in Samsung Wallet India

Many people maintain separate bank accounts for personal and professional purposes. In my case, I have two different bank accounts, each registered with a different mobile number. Both SIM cards are installed in my Samsung Galaxy phone.

Currently, UPI registration and bank-account discovery are tied to the mobile number verified in the app. This makes it difficult to manage both accounts through a single UPI app when they are registered to different numbers.

I request that Samsung consider introducing a feature that allows users to:

1. Create two or more independent UPI profiles within Samsung Wallet.
2. Verify a different mobile number for each profile using the corresponding SIM.
3. Link the bank accounts registered to each verified number.
4. Maintain separate UPI IDs, transaction histories, default bank accounts and payment settings for each profile.
5. Switch easily between personal and professional profiles without uninstalling the app, registering again or using a separate UPI application.

For example:

• Personal profile: Mobile Number 1 linked to Personal Bank Account A.
• Professional profile: Mobile Number 2 linked to Work Bank Account B.

Both profiles could remain securely available within the same Samsung Wallet installation, with independent verification and appropriate security controls.

I understand that UPI has specific requirements for mobile-number verification, device binding and transaction security. I am not requesting that these safeguards be bypassed. Instead, I am requesting a user-friendly implementation that securely supports multiple verified profiles on the same device, in accordance with applicable NPCI and banking requirements.

This would be particularly useful for professionals, business owners and other users who maintain separate personal and work finances. It would also make Samsung Wallet more convenient and competitive with other payment applications.

Please forward this suggestion to the Samsung Wallet product and UPI development teams for consideration. I would appreciate confirmation of whether this feature could be considered for a future update.
