Kindly follow below procedure to connect device with Samsung DEX- 1- Connect the charger to the DeX Station’s charger port (USB Type-C). 2- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the DeX Station’s HDMI port, and plug the other end of the cable into a TV or monitor’s HDMI port. 3- To use a wired network, connect the wired LAN to the wired LAN port. You can use your Smartphone’s wireless data or a Wi-Fi network if you do not connect to the wired LAN. 4- Press on the front of the cover to use the cover as a Smartphone support. You can now see the Smartphone connector. 5- Connect your Smartphone’s multipurpose jack to the Smartphone connector on the DeX Station. Samsung DeX will launch on the Smartphone. Note- If you connect your Smartphone with a case attached, it may not correctly connect to the DeX Station or run Samsung DeX properly depending on your device’s case 6- On your Smartphone’s screen, select the screen mode you want to use. You can choose from Samsung DeX mode or screen mirroring mode. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
