debugging issue is depends upon the collection of logs . at individual level you can only inform but at technical ground it is done after the behaviour identification with similar issue including the system logs , when user sends the report your device also attached your data and system logs

than the issue shared with google , google security as well as samsung security developers. if they mark it as positive than only further task done

behind these all task there are alot of people from exploit db team , metasploit team , rapid7.com , XDA team etc and some independence security researcher and developer involved

they do regular check on them
after the all technical procedure we release patches for that and all together decision taken whether it is necessary to give update or not

Well, regardless caring about those technical terms, I'm just saying in familiar language - Samsung never even reads any queries if some1 post any issue or report through this app, see my post from below 👇🏻 link 🔗 they have just made an AI algorithm and always sends computer generated reply which cant satisfy user demands in 75% cases 😒... After ignoring these serious queries u are telling that they care us. They just made these lame options to pretend like they r caring but actually they r not.
