- Download Smart switch PC Suite in your PC. Please visit the address below and download-http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch/
- You can create backup of your personal data (contacts, schedules, messages, and memos), multimedia data, and other types of data (alarms, Wi-Fi settings, recent history, etc.).
- Once your device gets connected with Smart Switch, 3 options will be visible there mentioning- Backup, Restore and Outlook sync. To create backup of your device kindly click on Backup option.
- You can also select the individual data of which you want to create backup by selecting-More option (available at the right top corner)>>Preference>>Backup Menu.
- Once backup is done successfully, you can cross check the backup data by using "check backup item" option.
- Remove Google and Samsung account and reset the device.
