Since last couple of days WiFi calling has been enabled on S9+, I have the latest beta version of Android 10 OneUI 2.0 running.
I am using Airtel sim card.
Previously I was able to auto-record calls on regular network whenever I made or got any calls.
Ever since WiFi calling has been started, auto call recording has not been working, there is no option to record the calls manually as well.
Frankly the call voice quality has improved drastically because of WiFi calling, hence I don't want to turn it off.
Can anyone please help me with the issue?
I just want to keep auto call recording on along with WiFi Calling feature.

Samsung Please solve this problem immediately as buying the costliest phone and yet not able to record calls on WiFi is not acceptable at all.

Kindly enable call recording on wifi calling also this feature does not work know
important call are not recorded when using wifi calling in non network areas

Hi there,
Please be informed that currently the call recording feature is not available during Wi-Fi calling.
If you are facing issue in normal call recording, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > Error report/Ask Questions).

Thanks for the update.
I know that the call recording feature is not available during WiFi calling. What I'm really interested to know is whether the feature will be included in future release or not? When? Expected TAT?

Update1: the recording now works with vowifi also.
PREVIOUSLY: this is unacceptable. I thought buying a NEW Samsung will solve my problems. But, while WiFi calling solved one problem, it added another which didn't exist till date. What's next? next phone will have both but ONLY in external storage? which again is useless for most as all premium phones are hybrid SIM and we all already have two SIMs!!!
This info could've changed my buying decision.

I am running One UI 2.5 on S20+ and still record option is not available for WiFi calling. Not sure if it is country specific update. I can auto record calls in VoLTE only and not in VoWiFi. 😒

Please enable call recording even in wifi calling facility as its not working with my M51. Now a days every new mobile is having wifi calling feature with smooth call recording.
Request you to please look into the same so that Samsung is no more behind other brands for such a basic facility.

Dear Samsung team,
In India people thought we won't use Chinese items. I too felt the same. I bought s20 at so high cost assuming you will give all those facilities.
Call recording over wifi is perhaps not a big issue to resolve. Still the issue is still there.
I now believe it's not just to discredit Xiaomi. Everyone knows and understands users issues but not all the companies care to resolve.
S20 works on Android like Xiaomi phones. Mi 11 has done so well. I believe SAMSUNG can easily resolve such small issues if it has a proper mechanism. If not Chinese will definitely win over all.
SAMSUNG IS SO CARELESS TO NEGLECT. We still have hopes on you
