There’s a bug in latest update. Everytime I switch-on my Galaxy S20 FE "Unlock your Secure Folder to get notifications from apps in the Secure Folder" message pops-up!
You will eventually have to open the secure folder, right? In my case I often forget to use the key after restarting. And when I am at a store to pay using any of the banking apps (all such apps are in secure folder) I have to rush and enter the key. This feature allows me to unlock it after a restart and then use the fingerprint when I am in need.

it's asking for Secure Folder password and after giving the password this notification is going off.
