Dear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We would like to inform you about an update regarding the quick panel issue. In the One UI 7, the Quick Panel and Notification Panel are now separated by default. We made this change to improve usability.
Previously, you had to swipe twice to access the quick panel. This new design makes it more convenient for you to navigate.
Please try using the new user interface; it’s designed for easier navigation. Here’s how it works:
- Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to open the quick settings panel.
- Swipe down from anywhere else on the top of the screen to open the notification panel.
However, if you feel uncomfortable with the new design, you can set it to function like the previous version (One UI 6).
*Path: Quick panel > Edit > tap ‘Panel settings’ on the top left > select ‘Together
If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
