Mission Impossible = Samsung Electronics.

Project Treble is only for devices which launch with Oreo. It wouldn't necessarily speed up the updates for Samsung either. If you want fast OS updates, switch to phones which have AOSP based OS.

Project Treble is compatible for devices which launch with Android Oreo AOSP(stock). Samsung has aheavy skin applied to its phone. They can't give you updates as fast as these forum people request. They have been requesting Android Oreo for J series before it was updated on Pixel devices.
