Issues with notification panel post ONE UI 4.1

Before ONE UI 4.1, I could easily delete messages from the notification panel itself without it getting closed automatically.
Post ONE UI 4.1, The notification panel closes after deleting a message or marking it as read.
The panel should not close like before.
This happens quick panel enabled via good lock and even when it is disabled. So, this isn't a problem with good lock, but with the ONE UI 4.1 update itself. Screen recording below.

I am also facing the same issue after the recent update to OneUI 4.1 on M52. The system prompts to unlock the screen when I attempt to delete a sms or email from the notification panel.
