ONE UI 7 BETA Program Has Not Started Yet!It Will Start In September Or October. For Beta Update You Will See A Banner In Samsung Member And From There You Will Have To Register With Some Details And Your Device Will Start Getting Beta Updates But As Per I Know FE Devices Are Not Egible For Beta Updates

If your phone is eligible, then a banner will automatically appear at the top in samsung members app.
