Call recording auto delete

Sir I want to ask you that my S22 Ultra is purchased by me paying its value, The Sim card is also mine and everything that's created, generated or deleted is my property and not your or anyone else.
So why you are not giving me Control to delete my Call Recordings as per my choice rather then your. Why there is no other option except Auto Delete after 1 month.
Sir I've Electronic Repair Service and need to keep all communication with my Customer so that nobody can deny anything even after years as my customers come to me again and again and some time it is necessity to prove what I had told last time.
Thats why I've kept Auto Delete Call Recordings to Never on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus so after spending MORE on S22 Ultra why should I get less features and control instead of more.
