Can samsung explain for delay in monthly security patches. Form last few months samsung will release security update in 3rd or 4th week of that month. Is this samsung's promptness.

Yes you are right. Wonder why there is a delay. And also Indian users get the update late or at the last when compared to other countries. Are we paying less for samsung phones in India? I don't think so. Samsung phones are pricey here in India when compared to other countries.
