it's not depends on samsung...it's depends on Google....and Google samsung partnership agreement clearly stated that none of the samsung device will received more than 2 major updates........recently note 9 received 2.1 that is samsung own ui interface that's why samsung gave it ....but Android 11 which made by Google can't be puted in that device according to agreement policy of os update

jo post mene diya jo Google mandate kia uo kya aise hi hain bewakoof...tune gaya school kabhi idiots agar jata to Samajhta ki Google ke update policy chorke os update nehi diya jate....ja ke puch lena kisi company ke developer team ko ....Android os Google provide nehi karte to asmaan se ate hain kya play store...Google + samsung,mi etc = 2 major os update agreement.....Google + one+ = 3 major os agreement ...Google own pixel = 3 or maximum 4 os update......ie agreement ke bina hi device operating system de raha hain?tu kaunsa school me padai kia uo samajh gaya me.....don't educate me better see my previous post carefully....I gave security patches as well as Google os update policy screenshot.....that's why I told it's better to throw words without common sense and knowledge just bring andro tech monthly magazine and read properly that os update depends on Google or company

who told you that is absolutely wrong information...s6 launched with lollipop. after that it's last version was marshmallow ..not Oreo by the way...it's never possible that Google broked rules of agreement

There will not be anymore major updates for note 9 except security patches which too will become quarterly and not monthly any more. So no point demanding android 11. We already got 2 major updates Pie and Android 10. Now we are members of the note 9 archive club. So enjoy your phone or plan for upgrade. 😆😆
