In software front , they are really pathetic . We need to wait endlessly for their software updates . Handsets that are priced fraction of samsung handsets are running on Android pie. My note 9 is running on older vsrsion . if u are looking for new features, updated google os software then never buy samsung handset .

Samsung team - when android 10 will roll out for note 9 . you guys are never on time on software updates and way behind competition. you make your customers wait endlessly? Samsung is such a big brand with large turnover, but have miserably failed to build software ecosystem around it's hardware products

you are rolling out android 10 for mid range Samsung phone but not for premuim phones like note 9. this is simply not acceptable. i am planning to move to oneplus 7t
