My samsung note 10+ Exynos version , Fails to install apps after the new update it takes too much time to install , around 6-7 minutes per app. Also the battery drains drastically too much ....too much I don't know. Without usage how it gets from 100 to 60 and all when I wake up . Btw Battery health is good as I am a light user making this feedback cost me 5% battery

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
