Samsung Galaxy Note 10plus

It's hardware features. If you have Note 10 + then simply register your fingerprint.
But remember as slow as face unlock.

If you have a note 10 plus
go to settings > Lockscreen > ScreenLock type> Select fingerprint.
you could turn on the screen even when the display is off.
I suggest you to set up multiple fingerprint of the same finger to fasten your unlocking process.

mostly there are two type of fingerprint scanners. 1st in optical and second is ultrasonic.
so now lets move on ur question,
The ultrasonic fingerprint scanner uses an extremely high-frequency ultrasonic sound to take the reading of your fingerprint,When the fingerprint is touched against the glass, an ultrasonic pulse is transmitted. The receiver then maps the fingerprint by acknowledging the way the sound wave bounces back,and create an image of ur print, ultrasonic is much much secure then optical,
now 2nd answer u can't install it because it is hardware component , u will get this in premium phones of Samsung like s10,s10+,note10,note10+, 🙂
