The update list states that the Note 8 received the Oreo update in April. I haven't got it yet. Is this a problem with my phone?

yes we all got Oreo update . I think it's ur mobile issue. we got Oreo 8.0 and aug security patch

Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of device software installation.
