It will also receive One UI 5.0 with the recent updated schedule so expect more features to be added.
The speaker / sound quality of S22 Ultra is not as good as Note 20 Ultra. Saw a few videos of direct comparison....I was also surprised about this.
You will miss SD card if you use it. Or need to spend a lot of money for 1 TB version if it's available.
Battery life is pretty decent on my Note 20 Ultra Exynos (at least for me, can't say for people who only play games for whole day on phone).
Performance is blazingly fast...Exynos has just got bad rep, nothing else. Day-to-day usage you won't even notice the difference.
(Maybe Samsung fixed something in 2022 updates.)
I used my Note 8 for 4 years and it is still working fine (of course a bit slower / less snappy due to older One UI and low refresh rate = 120 Hz will 'ruin' you...just cannot get back to lower refresh rates 🤪)
Maybe I'll keep Note 20 Ultra for 5 years unless some technological breakthrough makes me want it really bad.
One suggestion I always give is to Factory Reset any Android phone when Major OS version changes, so I really don't experience any issues at all (like some people keep reporting after OS updates).
