Now note 9 is lagging and i think there is some issue with existing software kindly update for new software upadte in note series.

Try freeing some memory, run device care, clear cache, put to sleep unused apps...and restart. It should work fine!
Ofcourse, the next update should ideally tweak performance which was messed up by the March patch!
