For ppl who ask why Samsung is delaying Oreo 8.0, The truth is Oreo 8.0 is not stable as nougat many manufacturers (Essential phone etc) are skipping 8.0 and making a jump to Android 8.1 Oreo, Samsung is trying to release a stable update by taking some extra time, so please let's be patient.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you Oreo beta program has been closed and that was for S8 and S8+ device only. Based on the feedback collected after Oreo Beta program, Samsung will be releasing the official version of Oreo OS as soon as possible, which would be an improved version of Oreo Beta Update. Till then your loyalty with Samsung will be highly appreciated.
We would not be able to commit any exact date of launching official Oreo update. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
